The "Pencil Skirt" has been a staple in American fashion since the beginning of simple designs. Worn and made famous by several iconic women. Instead of opting for the usual button down, matching blazer, or power ruffles, grab that baggy sweatshirt, torn tee, or that "wifebeater" and have some fun. Pair with the right accessory your "pencil" and You will be the talk of the week. Hell!!! even the inspiration for a few others (secretly of course).
